Made: 26th April 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(4) of the Scotland Act 2016[^f00001].

Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Scotland Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2017.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations bring into force provisions in Part 1 of the Scotland Act 2016 which relate to elections and legislation by the Scottish Parliament.

These commencement Regulations are the sixth to be made in respect of commencement of the Scotland Act 2016.
