Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Hertfordshire (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In Schedule 2 to the Hertfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2015, for table 7 substitute—

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Hertfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2015 gave effect to recommendations for changes to the electoral arrangements for the county of Hertfordshire stated in the Local Government Boundary Commission’s report of September 2015.
This Order amends the number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward in the parish of Royston.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
