Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 28(1) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004[^f00001], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (Appointment of Inspector) (England) (Revocation) Order 2017 and comes into force on 26th July 2017.

Revocation of appointment

The Fire and Rescue Services (Appointment of Inspector) (England) Order 2013[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order revokes the appointment of Peter Holland as an inspector under section 28(1) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
