Accordingly, the Secretary of State [^f00002] makes this Order.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Wokingham Borough Council) Designation Order 2017 and comes into force on 9th October 2017.

Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

The Secretary of State designates the area described in the Schedule as—

SCHEDULE — Area designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and as a special enforcement area

The whole area of Wokingham Borough Council with the exception of—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order designates part of the area of Wokingham Borough Council as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and as a special enforcement area for the purposes of Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
