Section 384 was amended by paragraph 15 of Schedule 5 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/126), paragraph 23 of Schedule 9 of the Financial Services Act 2012, paragraph 29 of Schedule 1 to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013. Paragraph 23 of Schedule 1ZA was inserted by Schedule 3 to the Financial Services Act 2012. There are other amendments to these provisions but none is relevant here.
