The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 92(1) of, and paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 10 to, the Immigration Act 2016[^f00001].

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

In the Schedule to the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017[^f00002], for the words “20 November 2017” on each occasion that they appear substitute “15th January 2018”.
