The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(1) of the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017[^f00001].

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018.
Provision coming into force on 1st July 2018

Section 3 of the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 comes into force on 1st July 2018.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations bring into force section 3 of the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 (c. 33), the only provision of that Act not commenced on Royal Assent. Section 3 will come into force on 1st July 2018.
