EXPLANATORY NOTE
These regulations amend the prescribed fees in the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/2296). The fees for criminal records certificates (also known as standard certificates) are reduced from £26 to £23, and the fees for enhanced criminal records certificates are reduced from £44 to £40. This will mirror the fee reductions applied to applications for certificates in England and Wales.
The amended fees apply to applications for criminal records certificates and enhanced criminal records certificates in the Isle of Man.
