The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(1) of the Health and Social Care (National Data Guardian) Act 2018[^f00001].

These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Care (National Data Guardian) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2019.
Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2019

The Health and Social Care (National Data Guardian) Act 2018 comes into force on 1st April 2019.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
