In accordance with paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions and Common Provision Rules etc. (Amendment) (EU Exit) (Revocation) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Revocation

The European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions and Common Provision Rules etc. (Amendment) (EU Exit) (Regulations) 2019[^f00002] are revoked.
