EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations make amendments to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 to permit attendance at outside events commemorating Armistice Day.

No impact assessment has been prepared for these Regulations.
