The Northampton Gateway Rail Freight Interchange (Correction) Order 2020
Made: 6th October 2020
Coming into force: 7th October 2020
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 119 of, and paragraph 1(4) and (8) of Schedule 4 to, the Act, makes the following Order—
PART 1 — PRELIMINARY
Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Northampton Gateway Rail Freight Interchange (Correction) Order 2020 and comes into force on 7th October 2020.

- (1) The Northampton Gateway RFI Order is amended as follows—
- (2) In article 23(1) (guarantees in respect of payment of compensation), for “33” substitute “32”.
- (3) In article 34(3)(b) (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development), after “in relation to that”, for “and” substitute “land”.
- (4) In Schedule 16 (certification of plans and documents), in relation to the entry in the table for “the speed limit plans”, in the third column of that table (document date/plan number with revision number)—
- (a) for Sheet 2, replace the plan number with “NGW-BWB-LSI-02-DR-C-00192-P6”; and
- (b) for Sheet 4, replace the plan number with “NGW-BWB-LSI-04-DR-C-00194-P5”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order corrects errors in the Northampton Gateway Rail Freight Interchange Order 2019 (S.I. 2020/1358), a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008, following a request made under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
