The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(3) of the Stalking Protection Act 2019[^f00001], makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Stalking Protection Act 2019 (Commencement) Regulations 2020.
Commencement

The Stalking Protection Act 2019 comes into force on 20th January 2020 in so far as it is not already in force.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations bring the provisions of the Stalking Protection Act 2019 (c. 9) into force on 20th January 2020 in so far as they are not already in force. Section 15 of that Act came into force on Royal Assent.
