Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Revocation) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 31st March 2020.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations revoke the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/195).

An impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.
