Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 1833[^f00001] and the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 1945[^f00002] or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order modifies the constitutions of the Falkland Islands and of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha to enable virtual meetings of their legislative bodies to take place.
