The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(3) of the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021[^f00001].

These Regulations may be cited as the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.
Commencement of the provisions of the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021 that are not already in force

1st October 2021 is the day appointed for the coming into force of sections 1 to 4 (offences and enforcement) of the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations commence the provisions of the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021 which were not commenced by that Act. The commenced provisions create offences and relate to enforcement.
