The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2021
Made: 6th September 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 185(1) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014[^f00001].
Citation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2021.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Provisions coming into force on 17th September 2021

The following provisions of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014come into force for all remaining purposes on 17th September 2021 —
- (a) section 181(1) (amendments), insofar as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 11 specified in paragraph (b); and
- (b) in Schedule 11 (minor and consequential amendments), paragraph 113(3) to (6).

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order commences section 181(1) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 for the purpose of commencing, for all remaining purposes, paragraph 113(3) to (6) of Schedule 11 (minor and consequential amendments) of that Act which makes amendments to the Extradition Act 2003 with regard to appeals against an extradition order in relation to Category 2 territories.
