Accordingly, the Secretary of State[^f00002] makes this Order.

Citation, commencement and extent

Interpretation

In this Order “grid reference” means Ordnance Survey National Grid reference point.

Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area for Oxfordshire

The Secretary of State designates the part of the area of Oxfordshire County Council specified in Schedule 1 as—

Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area for Warwickshire

The Secretary of State designates the part of the area of Warwickshire County Council specified in Schedule 2 as—

Revocation

The following Orders are revoked—

SCHEDULE 1 — The part of the area of Oxfordshire County Council designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and special enforcement area

The whole of the area of Oxfordshire County Council except the roads listed in paragraph 2.

SCHEDULE 2 — The part of the area of Warwickshire County Council designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and special enforcement area

The whole of the area of North Warwickshire Borough Council except—

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order designates part of the area of Oxfordshire County Council and Warwickshire County Council as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions, and as a special enforcement area, for the purposes of Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (c. 18).

A full Impact Assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it is not expected to have a significant impact on the private, public or voluntary sectors. An Explanatory Memorandum has been prepared for this Order and is available alongside this instrument on the UK Legislation website www.legislation.gov.uk.
