The Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021
Made: 15th November 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021[^f00001].
Citation and extent

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.
- (2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
Commencement

The Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 comes into force on the 8th December 2021.
