Enforcement

Each food authority must enforce and execute these Regulations within its area.

Improvement notice

If a food authority has reasonable grounds for believing that a person is failing to comply with one or more of regulation 5, 6, 7 or 8, it may, by a notice served on that person (in these Regulations referred to as an “improvement notice”)—

Offences

A person commits an offence if they fail to comply with an improvement notice served under regulation 10.
