Made: 7th June 2021

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(2) of the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021[^f00001]:

Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.

Commencement

The Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 comes into force on 30th June 2021 in so far as it is not already in force.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations bring the provisions of the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Act 2021 (c.23) into force on 30th June 2021 in so far as they are not already in force. Part 3 of that Act came into force on Royal Assent.
