In regulation 3(5)(a) of the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020[^f00002], for “Local Government Finance Act 1992[^f00003]” substitute “Local Government Finance Act 1988[^f00004]”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend regulation 3(5)(a) of the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020 in order to correct an error in a statutory reference.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
