The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1) to (4) and 26(2) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Energy Prices Act 2022[^f00001].

Scheme period

The scheme period is the period from 1st October 2022 to 31st March 2023 inclusive.

The fixed price cut-off date is 1st December 2021.
