The Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2022
Made: 29th June 2022
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Act 2022[^f00001].
Citation and extent

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2022.
- (2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
Commencement

Sections 1 and 2 of the Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Act 2022 come into force on 1st September 2022.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations bring into force, on the 1st September 2022, the substantive provisions of the Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Act 2022.
