Coming into force: 1st September 2022
The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017[^f00001], makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018 (Amendment) Order 2022 and shall come into force on 1st September 2022.
Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018

- (1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) The University College of Estate Management shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) of section 76(2) of the said Act for an indefinite period beginning on 1st January 2019.

(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order, made under section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, provides for a variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018, so that University College of Estate Management’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation remains valid for an indefinite period. This Order will come into force on 1st September 2022.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
