The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020[^f00001], make the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2023.
Commencement

Section 8 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (parochial registers) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order is the third and final Commencement Order bringing into force provisions of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020.
This Order brings section 8 of that Measure (parochial registers) into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
