The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022[^f00001], makes the following Regulations:
Citation and interpretation

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2023.
- (2) In these Regulations, “the 2022 Act” means the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022.
Provisions of the Act coming into force on 25th January 2023

So far as not already in force, the provisions of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022 come into force on 25th January 2023.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations bring into force the remaining provisions of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022 (“the Act”) which did not come into force on the date the Act was passed.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
