The Office for Students has complied with the procedure on giving notifications in accordance with section 48 of that Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd) (Amendment) Order 2023 and shall come into force on 26th September 2023.
Variation of The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd) Order 2020

- (1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd) Order 2020[^f00002] is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd (registered company number 11082840) shall be competent to grant the following specified taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(b) of the said Act: (1) MASc in Interdisciplinary Practice; (2) PGDip in Interdisciplinary Practice; (3) PGCert in Interdisciplinary Practice; (4) BASc (Hons) in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; (5) BASc in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; (6) DipHE in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; (7) CertHE in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; (8) MASc in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; (9) PGDip in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods; and (10) PGCert in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order varies The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd) Order 2020, so that The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd is authorised to award the following additional specified taught awards: MASc in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods, PGDip in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods, and PGCert in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
