Coming into force: 10th October 2024

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 119 of, and paragraph 1(4) and (8) of Schedule 4 to, the Act, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the M3 Junction 9 Development Consent (Correction) Order 2024 and comes into force on 10th October 2024.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order corrects correctable errors in the M3 Junction 9 Development Consent Order 2024 S.I. 2024/752), a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008 (c. 29), following a written request under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
