The Office for Students has complied with the procedure on giving notifications in accordance with section 48 of that Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (The University of Law Ltd) Order of Council 2018 (Amendment) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 27th November 2024.
Variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (The University of Law Ltd) Order of Council 2018

- (1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (The University of Law Ltd) Order of Council 2018 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
- (2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) The University of Law Ltd (registered company number 07933838) shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) of section 76(2) of the said Act for an indefinite period.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order varies The University of Law Ltd’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation to remove the time restriction, so that its authorisation now remains valid for an indefinite period.
