Coming into force: 16th May 2024

The Office for Students has complied with the requirements for the granting of a foundation degree only authorisation set out in section 42(4) of that Act.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Cornwall College Group) Order of Council 2018 (Amendment) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 16th May 2024.

Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (Cornwall College Group) Order of Council 2018

(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Cornwall College Group) Order of Council 2018 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For article 2, substitute—

(2) Cornwall College Group shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 16th May 2018 and expiring on 15th May 2026.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order varies Cornwall College Group’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation so that it remains valid until 15th May 2026.
