The Office for Students has complied with the procedure on giving notifications in accordance with section 48 of that Act.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) (Amendment) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 1st September 2024.

Variation of The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Regent’s University London Limited) Order 2020

(2) Regent’s University London Limited (registered company number 12734671) is authorised to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) of the said Act for an indefinite period.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order varies Regent’s University London Limited’s existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation so that it remains valid indefinitely.
