The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017[^f00001], makes the following Order.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (LTE Group Limited) (Revocation) Order 2025 and comes into force on 29th December 2025.
Revocation

The Power to Award Degrees etc. (LTE Group Limited) Order 2025[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Power to Award Degrees etc. (LTE Group Limited) Order 2025 (S.I. 2025/826) which contained a drafting error naming the incorrect entity. A new Order naming the correct entity has been made (S.I. 2025/1039).
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
