The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 365(1) and (4)(b) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003[^f00001], including as extended by— the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 2003[^f00002]; the Communications (Jersey) Order 2003[^f00003]; the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 2003[^f00004]; the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 2004[^f00005]; the Broadcasting and Communications (Jersey) Order 2004[^f00006].

The Treasury has consented to the making of these Regulations in accordance with section 365(6) of the Communications Act 2003.

Citation, commencement, effect and extent

Amendment of the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004

The Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004[^f00007] are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 5.

(c) the amount of each of the first 10 of the instalments is to be £7.00 and the amount of each of the remaining 15 instalments is to be £6.50.
