The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 119, and paragraphs 1(4) and 1(8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order—
Citation, commencement and interpretation

- (1) This Order may be cited as the West Burton Solar Project (Correction) Order 2025 and comes into force on 4th June 2025.
- (2) In this Order, “the 2025 Order” means the West Burton Solar Project Order 2025[^f00005].
Corrections

- (1) The 2025 Order is corrected in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
- (2) The Table in Schedule 1 (corrections) to this Order sets out the corrections, in which—
- (a) column 1 sets out where the correction is to be made;
- (b) column 2 sets out how the correction is to be made; and
- (c) column 3 sets out the text which is to be substituted, inserted or omitted.
- (3) For the table in Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the 2025 Order (temporary prohibition or restriction of the use of streets) substitute the table set out in Schedule 2 (table to be substituted for the table in Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the 2025 Order) to this Order.

This Order corrects errors identified in the West Burton Solar Project Order 2024 (S.I. 2025/116), which granted development consent under the Planning Act 2008, following a request under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
