Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Spurgeon’s College) (Revocation) Order 2026 and comes into force on 27th April 2026.
Revocation

The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Spurgeon’s College) Order 2022[^f00002] is revoked.

The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Spurgeon’s College) (Amendment) Order 2025[^f00003] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Spurgeon’s College) Order 2022 and the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Spurgeon’s College) (Amendment) Order 2025 as Spurgeon’s College has ceased to be a registered higher education provider.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
