Coming into force: 1 April 2008
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 204(1) and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006[^f00001] and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act[^f00002] hereby make the following Order:
Title and Commencement

The Title of this Order is the Bro Morgannwg Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.
Dissolution of NHS Trust

The Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust established by the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998[^f00003] is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000[^f00004] is hereby revoked.

This Order provides for the dissolution of Bro Morgannwg National Health Service Trust on 1 April 2008.
