Coming into force: 1 October 2009
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred on them by sections 18 and 204(1) of and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006[^f00001] and after completion of consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act[^f00002] make the following Order:
Title and Commencement

The Title of this Order is the National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) (Wales) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 1 October 2009.
Dissolution of NHS Trusts

The National Health Service Trusts listed in column 1 of the Schedule are dissolved and the corresponding Orders listed in column 2 of the Schedule are revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the dissolution of seven National Health Service Trusts in Wales on 1 October 2009 and for the revocation of the relevant establishment orders.
