The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by sections 18, 203 and 204(1) of and paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006[^f00001], hereby make the following Order:
Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 3 February 2009.

In Article 4 of The Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998[^f00002], after the word “chairman”, replace the word “five” with the word “seven”.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998, to increase the number of non-executive directors from 5 to 7 (article 2).
