The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 336(1) and (2) and 569(4) and (5) of the Education Act 1996[^f00001] and after consulting the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with paragraph 24(1) of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007[^f00002], make the following Regulations.

Amendments to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012

(ii) ysgol annibynnol, drwy gadarnhad ysgrifenedig bod y person sy'n gwneud yr apêl wedi hysbysu perchennog yr ysgol am fwriad y person i ofyn am enwi'r ysgol annibynnol yn y datganiad;

; and

(iii) ysgol annibynnol, drwy gadarnhad ysgrifenedig gan berchennog yr ysgol bod lle ar gael yn yr ysgol i'r plentyn.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations amend the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012.

Regulation 2 of these Regulations makes amendments to correct errors in the Welsh text of the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2012.
