The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 28(2) of the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018[^f00001].

The title of this Order is the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2019.
Provisions coming into force on 14 October 2019

The appointed day for the coming into force of section 1 (minimum price for alcohol) of the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018, to the extent necessary for the making of regulations under that section, is 14 October 2019.
