The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 216(6)(b) of the Equality Act 2010[^f00001].

The title of this Order is the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 14) (Wales) Order 2019.
Provision coming into force
2
Section 2 (power to amend section 1) of the Equality Act 2010, in so far as it confers a power on the Welsh Ministers, comes into force on 22 November 2019.
