The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 29(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009[^f00001].
Title and coming into force

The title of this Order is the Apprenticeships (Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for Wales) (Modification) (Revocation) Order 2023 and it comes into force on 9 December 2023.
Revocation

The Apprenticeships (Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for Wales) (Modification) Order 2023[^f00002] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order is made under section 29(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and revokes the Apprenticeships (Specification of Apprenticeship Standards for Wales) (Modification) Order 2023.
The Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to this Order. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with this Order.
