The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 29(2) and (3)(a) of the Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020[^f00001], make the following Order:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order made by the Welsh Minsters brings into force certain provisions of the Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020 (“the Act”).

Article 2 of this Order brings the following provisions of the Act into force on 29 March 2023—
