The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 147(2) of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024[^f00001].

The title of this Order is the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2025.

Provisions coming into force on 16 March 2026

The following provisions of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 come into force on 16 March 2026—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This is the second commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024 (“the Act”).

Article 2 of this Order brings the following sections of the Act into force on 16 March 2026—
