Section, Pub. L. 92–181, title IV, § 4.5, Dec. 10, 1971, 85 Stat. 611; Pub. L. 96–592, title IV, § 401, Dec. 24, 1980, 94 Stat. 3446; Pub. L. 99–205, title II, § 205(f)(3), Dec. 23, 1985, 99 Stat. 1706, provided for establishment of a finance committee for banks organized and operated under subchapters I, II, and III of this chapter.
