Pub. L. 102–240, title I, § 1301, Dec. 18, 1991, 105 Stat. 2064, provided that: “This part [part B (§§ 1301–1303) of title I of Pub. L. 102–240, enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Symms National Recreational Trails Act of 1991’.”
