L. 92–59, § 4, July 29, 1971, 85 Stat. 158, which related to apportionment of funds between the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewas of North Dakota, and the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of Montana, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
