§ 5611. Definitions

(1) Indian tribe The term “Indian tribe” has the meaning given the term in the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450b).11 See References in Text note below.

(2) Project The term “Project” means the Indian trust asset management demonstration project established under section 5612(a) of this title.

(3) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
