L. 110–315, title IX, § 946(b), Aug. 14, 2008, 122 Stat. 3468, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to make grants to the Navajo Nation to assist the tribe in the construction, maintenance, and operation of Diné College, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
